h3. Local Activities
During the summer the mountains surrounding Madonna di Campiglio are crisscrossed by well-maintained paths that can be appreciated by both walkers and cyclists. The paths are clearly marked with regular sign-posting. Every standard of walker is accommodated here from those who like to ascend/descend in a cabin lift and enjoy a stroll around the peaks to those who enjoy the challenge of walking all the way to the top. The local Alpine Guide association has a varied programme of walks every week during the summer season.
In the winter snow-clad ski runs weave their way through the pine forests. Many of the local Alpine Guides don the uniform of the ski school they represent and offer skiing and snowboarding lessons – individually or in groups.
